With this feature you periodically receive emails containing an Excel file that includes the latest survey responses since your previous report. You can add recipients to the email list who require this data. You can schedule the emails at your preferred time and frequency, such as daily, weekly, or monthly. Note that these emails will be triggered only if new responses have been received since your last report.
Follow these simple steps to schedule report. Let's get started!
Open 'Schedule Report'
Open your survey and open 'Schedule Report' from the button on the left panel.
Click on '+Schedule Report'
Click either of the '+Schedule Report' button to begin setting up a new report.
Name Your Report
Enter the name of your report in the 'Name of report' field.
Add Email Recipients
Input the email addresses where you want the report to be sent, separated by commas.
Choose Reporting Frequency
Select how frequently you want the report to be generated - daily, weekly, or monthly from the dropdown.
Set Email Delivery Time
Choose the preferred time for receiving the report via email from the dropdown.
Adjust Time Zone
If needed, adjust the time zone by accessing the 'Account Section.'
Hit submit and you are done.
Add Multiple Scheduled Reports
If desired, you can schedule additional reports by clicking on '+Schedule Report' and repeating the process.
