How to stop accepting responses and make survey inactive?

The survey that has been deactivated (i.e., when your survey is no longer collecting responses), it means your status of survey is inactive. the following default message is displayed: “Sorry, this survey is not currently active.”

Steps tp make your survey inactive:

1. On admin panel, click on survey >> click open the survey you want to make inactive.

2. Click on "Settings" on top left.

3. Inactive the survey by deactivating the button in front of "Active".

Now your survey is inactive and will no longer accept any new response.
