How to prevent multiple responses per user for a survey?
There are times when user fill out surveys more than one time which results in multiple responses from the same respondent. This can have wrongful analysis of your data. It is therefore suggested to make sure that your survey gets filled by one user one time. This can be achieved by switching on the setting for one response.
Steps to prevent multiple responses per user for a survey:
- On admin panel, click on Survey >> Action (3 Dots)>> Edit.
2. Click on "Settings" on the left side of the page.
3. In front of web: one response, change the button into yes >> "Submit".
That’s it! Now you will receive only one response per user for your survey data collection.
