How to create Net Promoter Score(NPS) question?
Net Promoter Score (NPS) questions can be a very useful type of question available for survey conductor to include in their survey as it takes very less time for user to answer to those questions and increases the chances of data collection. But again, it depend on the type of data one wants to collect as using NPS for all kind of data collection will not be feasible.
Steps to create NPS question:
- Create a new survey or edit an already existing survey.
- Click on New Question on the top right of the page.
3. From the drop-down on right, select NPS as the type of question.
4. Type your question and choose the scale from the dropdown for your NPS then mark the labels as per your choice and click on Submit on the bottom of the page.
You are set with your NPS question type so go ahead and finish making your survey!!
