Open the survey you want to share

First of all, open the survey from your portfolio that you want to share.

Click 'Share'

Now click 'Share' on the top of the panel as shown in the picture.

Click QR Code

Click QR Code in the left hand side of the panel as shown in the picture.

Fill the Top & Bottom Text

Fill the Top Text and the Bottom Text that you want on your QR Code by filling in the fields as shown. You can preview the same on the right hand side preview panel by clicking on Submit.

Edit Themes

You can also edit the theme and add logo of your organization by clicking Themes as shown in the picture below and make changes as required. Don't forget clicking Submit once you are done with all the changes.

Download QR Code

Your QR code is ready to download. Click 'Download QR Code' to get it. Place the code at your restaurant or workplace for easy survey access. Customers can scan it and fill out the survey quickly.
